

SHIPPING / REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY
WE SHIP CANADA WIDE ONLY
No refunds or exchanges on orders.
All purchases are final.
We use Canada Post mainly but in certain instances we may use a different courier depending on your location and size of your package. A tracking number will be sent to the email that we have on file once a label has been created.
•We ship out orders every day. Please give us 1-2 business days to process your order. We put extra effort into packing orders securely to give the best chance that your package arrives to you safely.
• All packages are shipped expedited if they are shipped through Canada Post which includes $100 insurance coverage. If you are wanting extra coverage please let us know. It is up to you to cover the cost of the additional coverage.
Basic Purolator liability insures shipments are automatically covered up to a value of $100 CAD, though it is often calculated as $2 CAD per lb. You can also add more insurance on Purolator shipments at the customers request and expense.

• Stellar Crystal Company is not liable for any damages to your package that may have occurred during shipping.
• Stellar Crystal Company is not liable for any lost package during shipping.
• Stellar Crystal Company is not responsible for any shipping delays that may occur after the package has been shipped.
If there is a problem with your order please contact us by email using the “Contact Us” section of the website or DM us on instagram. We are happy to contact Canada Post on your behalf to get a claim started if your package is lost or damaged.
