Tap on the Stellar Crystal Company logo in the top left to join automatically and that’s all there is to it!

PURCHASING AN ITEM DURING LIVE SALES
All items will be shown individually. If you’d like to purchase a piece, simply type the item price.
An example of this is 22 or 22A
Please note: It is important to include the price of the item and the letter (if applicable), otherwise, you may miss out on the claim. This is our policy for handling live purchases as each item is one of a kind. Commenting structure is very important as there is roughly a 10-second delay between the time you post and the time the comment displays on our end. Commenting correctly helps to avoid confusion and make sure the correct piece ends up in your box.

THE CLAIMING PROCESS
In instances where there may be multiple claims on the same item, we will read out the comments as they come in to let you know if your comments are showing up, as well as the order in which they came through. If we don’t respond to your claims at all, or don’t answer your question, then your comment was likely blocked.
Instagram’s algorithm may suspect your comments to be a “bot” or “spam”, in which case they will not display on our end. If this happens to you, there are a number of remedies to resolve this issue:
• Leave the live sale and rejoin
• Type “unblock” in your comment
• Participate in the conversation
• Comment in full sentences
COMMON QUESTIONS 1
CAN I STILL PURCHASE FROM LIVE SALES EVENTS IF I CAN’T MAKE IT DURING THE TIME PERIOD?
Yes! If you are unable to join us during our live sales, you can still take advantage by watching replays, which are saved on our Instagram feed. We delete saved live sales weekly. You can shop for items that weren’t claimed during the live sale by DMing us the information of the items you are interested in and we can let you know if the item is still available. An easy way to communicate the item that you are interested in would be to screenshot and circle, then DM it to us.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE INVOICE ISN’T PAID WITHIN THE 48-HOUR PERIOD?
All invoices must be paid within 48 hours of receiving. Any invoice not paid and no communication is made for alternate options, will be canceled. You will no longer be able to participate in our Live Sales.
At Stellar Crystal Company, we want to work with you if you need to make adjustments to your payment. Please contact us to work out a solution. We are happy to help in any way to get the crystal that is calling to you into your hands. We offer payment plans! (See information about our payment plan option below). This helps our customers to accommodate situations where smaller payments are helpful, and also for those interested in larger purchases.

HOW CAN I START A PAYMENT PLAN?
To request a payment plan, DM us on Instagram after the sale. All payment plans are invoiced using PayPal ONLY. Payment plans require 25% down payment. The remaining amount must be paid within 4 weeks unless you are adding to your plan.
You can add to your payment plan on future live sales as long as you are making regular weekly payments. Every time you add to your payment plan we will extend it for an additional week for a maximum of 4 weeks. That means that in total your plan can extend up to 8 weeks. We do not extend payment plans past the 8 week allotted time frame.
Once the payment plan is complete, your open box will be moved to the open box section in our shop so that you can add more pieces if you wish. We do not ship out orders until you give the go ahead to. Your purchases will be shipped at your request.

What if I'm in Crystal Jail?
If you're in Crystal Jail we will hand you the key. You can still venture on over to our sale and watch for those pieces that are calling to you. We don't want you to miss out on a beauty that is meant to be yours.
Communication is key, DM us after the sale and we will start your payment plan today.
How it works
Our open box option has no time restrictions
Most of our customers prefer our open box option but if you would like us to ship out right away we can definitely do that as well. We do not ship automatically you let us know when you want you beauties sent out.
Just let us know no later then Wednesday morning the week that you are ready to ship out your open box. We package orders leaving every Wednesday so that they are all ready to be shipped out on Friday. If you let us know after the cut off day/time your order will be shipped out the following Friday. Our open box option has no time restrictions as long as there is current activity in your box. Your purchases can happily chill with us here at SCC headquarters for as long as you’d wish.
Shipping
We ship within Canada only!
We offer free shipping on orders over $175 before taxes and after discounts. This is why our open box option is so popular. If you aren’t looking to exceed the $175 free shipping offer, shipping cost is $14 flat rate. It is nice to be able to keep your box open to combine a few invoices to make the $14 flat rate shipping cost make more sense.
Shipping cost for live sale orders is not added to your invoice until you give the go ahead to ship. This just eliminates us having to return shipping charges if you end up reaching our free shipping offer on orders over $175.
