We ship Canada wide only!

No refunds or exchanges on orders.

All purchases are final.

• We put the upmost care into packing your crystal babies to arrive safely to your home.

•We ship out orders every Friday that have been requested to do so.

• Delivery is via Canada Post. A tracking number will be provided and sent to your email.

• All packages are shipped expedited which includes $100 insurance coverage. If you are wanting extra coverage please let us know. It is up to you to cover the cost of the additional coverage.

• Delivery times will vary depending on where you’re located.

LIABILITY

• The "Stellar Crystal Company" is not liable for any damages to your package that may have occurred during shipping.

• The "Stellar Crystal Company" is not liable for any lost package during shipping.

• The "Stellar Crystal Company" is not responsible for any shipping delays that may occur after the package has been shipped.

If there is a problem with your order please contact us by email using the “Contact Us” section of the website or DM us on instagram. We are happy to contact Canada Post on your behalf to get a claim started if your package is lost or damaged.
